Comments: The Chute Company owns and manages this Class A multi-tenant office complex.

Visual Communications, a sign consultant, was challenged to create an interior signage and wayfinding system that compliments the facilities' unique marble and birch décor.

 

Drawing from this unique blend of wood and marble, Visual Communications put together a concept that was visually appealing but would be costly to manufacture.

 

Visual Communications called upon GSI to value engineer a finished product that would be consistent with the original design and would meet the owner's budget parameters.
